Lionbrand KAL 2011 - Saturday Morning Hoodie

Looking for a bigger project to move beyond mitts, gauntlets, scarves and hats, I stumbled upon the Lionbrand end-of-winter KnitALong project.

Dubbed "The Saturday Morning Hoodie", it is a comfortable cardigan with pockets and a hood. It knits up in 5 pieces which are seamed before the band and hood are knitted on via picked up stitches.

This is a bit daunting to me but I am willing to give it my best go as it should be a nice easy stepping stone into the realm of bigger projects.
